What it works out per guest
Because servings are unlimited, the cost per head drops as your guest list grows. Based on our £645 weekend package:

What changes the price
- Day of the week. Monday to Thursday is £595; Friday to Sunday is £645.
- Serve time. Two hours suits most events. Each extra hour is £100. See how much ice cream you need.
- Early set-up or late pack-down. If you want the tuk in place for photos before serving, idle time is charged at a lower hourly rate.
- Distance. Travel within 50 miles of Leeds is included. That covers Leeds, York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Bradford, Sheffield and much of Greater Manchester.
- Personal touches. Tub stickers, wafer discs, waffle cones and custom neon are optional extras.
Pricing questions
How much does it cost to hire an ice cream van for a wedding?
Our wedding package is £645 for two hours on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and £595 Monday to Thursday. That includes unlimited soft-serve, toppings, tubs and spoons, an attendant and travel within 50 miles of Leeds. Extra hours are £100 each.
Is it cheaper to hire an ice cream cart on a weekday?
Yes. Monday to Thursday bookings are £595 for two hours instead of £645, which suits weekday weddings, corporate events and summer parties.
Do our guests pay for their ice cream?
No. Everything is included in your package and paid in advance, so guests help themselves to as much as they like during the service.
How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?
We require a 20% deposit of the booking value, with a minimum deposit of £100. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We'll send you a secure payment link once your date is confirmed.
What is not included in the package price?
The headline package price covers everything listed under the main package. Optional extras such as waffle cones, custom neon signs, branded tubs, additional serve time, and travel beyond 50 miles are charged separately.
