Traditional branded ice cream van hire works — but a vintage tuk-tuk turns heads faster and photographs better. It's the kind of hero prop your team, guests and social feed all want a piece of.
We work with brand teams, agencies and event managers to put your logo and brand graphics on the tuk-tuk, print branded tubs, add a custom neon and serve unlimited soft-serve for the length of your activation.

How a branded activation works
We handle the design, print and install so your team can focus on the event. Lead time for logo application is usually 2–3 weeks.

Ice Cream Tuk FAQ
How far in advance do we need to book a branded ice cream activation?
Applying your logo and graphics to the tuk usually needs 2–3 weeks for design, print and fitting. Branded tubs and wafers need less. Get in touch as soon as you have a date and we'll confirm what's possible.
Do you serve corporate events outside Yorkshire?
Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Leeds is included, and we travel further for brand activations and corporate events, with mileage quoted up front.
Is there a weekday rate for corporate events?
Yes. Monday to Thursday bookings are charged at our lower weekday rate, which suits office parties, product launches and open days.

We hired Ice Cream Tuk for our recent wedding, the ice cream went down a treat with both younger and older guests alike who enjoyed the novelty of self serve and adding their own creation of toppings. The ice cream was delicious our favourite whippy style, it was great to be able to choose from a variety of topping choices. The team were friendly and helpful. The Tuk Tuk is unique and made a great spectacle for guests to watch as it was expertly manoeuvred into our reception barn. Would happily recommend and use again in the future.

Hired the Ice Cream Tuk for a new product launch at our distribution centre. Made an initial call to chat about what branding we needed and found them to be super helpful and accommodating, a order form was sent over which was easy to fill in and navigate. I'm so happy we found the ice cream tuk! I really wanted icecream for our wedding. Someone else had let me down about 6 weeks out and I contacted the team and they were so lovely and helpful and reassuring and organised. We got married at left bank in leeds and when the tuk tuk drove into the building with no warning our guests were genuinely amazed! Serving worked really well and the icecream itself was delicious. Massive hit and definitely one of the highlights of our day.
