Sheffield weddings split into two camps: characterful venues in and around the city, like Whirlowbrook Hall and Kenwood Hall, and rural barns and halls towards the Peak District. The tuk suits both. It's compact enough to go indoors when the Pennine weather does its thing, and photogenic enough to anchor an outdoor reception.
Many Peak District venues sit right on the edge of our included 50-mile radius. Send us the venue with your enquiry and we'll confirm whether any extra mileage applies before you book.

We also cover parties and corporate events in Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. For bigger events, like staff summer parties and open days, adding an extra hour or two keeps the queue moving all afternoon.
Planning a rural venue near Sheffield
Some of the prettiest venues around Sheffield are down narrow lanes or through tight farm gateways. The tuk is small, but it still needs a safe route with no steps and space to unload close to where it will serve. Tell us about the access when you enquire, and send a photo of the set-up spot if you can. It saves any surprises on the day.

About 30 minutes to set up at your venue, indoors or out. All we need is a mains socket.

Guests pull the handle
Grab a tub, pull the lever and get perfect soft-serve every time. Our attendant helps anyone who'd rather be served.

Load up with toppings
Round the back of the tuk for sauces, sprinkles and chocolate pieces. Then come back for seconds.

Is travel to Sheffield included?
Yes. Sheffield is about 35 miles from our Leeds base, well inside our included 50-mile radius. Some Peak District venues are further, and we'll quote any extra mileage up front.
Can you serve at rural venues without mains power?
We need a mains socket within 15 metres. Generators often trip the soft-serve machine, so if your venue only has generator power, tell us early and we'll talk through whether it will work.
Do you cover Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster?
Yes. All three are within 50 miles of our Leeds base, so travel is included for weddings, parties and corporate events across South Yorkshire.

Had these guys for our wedding - they were very easy to deal with and set up on the day without any hassle at all. Ice cream was tasty and went down very well with the guests. Would recommend for anyone catering for a number of people!
